The Jockey Club in Rosario is one the most prestigious clubs in Argentina.  Rosario is 4 hours outside Buenos Aires by bus and is a well respected destination for rugby clubs to play and enjoy the famous nightlife.

Philosophy
To encourage players and coaches from around the world to visit Argentina, mix socially with players from other countries and discover South American hospitality and culture as well as compete against the best teams in Argentina.

Tournament Format
Players are all Under 18 years of age
There will be 2 groups of A and B teams.
Minimum of 4 games in the preliminary stages plus the finals.
Each game to be played over 2 x 35 minute halves.
